Room One: a private guest suite with spacious room offering twin or double bed options, private bathroom with shower and bath facilities and dressing room. A comfortable space-saver bed can provide for a third person or child.
Room Two: a large double room with en-suite shower and WC

Breakfast is normally served between 07.30 and 09.00 in the kitchen (unless by prior arrangement).
There is a choice of menu, including vegetarian options. Fresh, local produce is used wherever possible.
Packed lunches and evening meals are available by arrangement and supper can be provided for late arrivals.

Guests are welcome to make use of the terraced garden and weather permitting, the barbecue and outdoor eating area.
There are a good range of pubs and restaurants in the surrounding villages within 5 minutes drive of Ayton.
Rates
£75 per night for double/twin room
£45 for single occupancy, both include a
choice of breakfast menu
There is a surcharge of £20.00 per night for a third person over 12 years of age. Children under 12 surcharge £10.00.
